    OVERVIEW

Inspired by the pleasurable table wines of the southern Rhône Valley, Winemaker Chuck Carlson established our Heritage Series to craft unique, flavorful cuvées for everyday enjoyment. These wines ultimately offer unmatched value for premium appellation Rhône-style blends.

    TASTING NOTES

“Our 2003 Heritage Blanc is a classic Rhône-style blend with a complexity of flavor that is attributable to the inclusion of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne from three small vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley and Paso Robles. It offers a vivid floral bouquet followed by opulent flavors of peach and pear with appealing mineral accents. The Roussanne component adds an assertiveness to the mid-palate, while the Marsanne contributes elements of citrus and spice to a rich finish.”
